I posted a yelp review and the owner responded calling me a liar. This is the kind of business man Javier is.I used cache for my wedding this month. The wrong charger plates were delivered and the chairs delivered were all in poor condition. I paid $7-$8 per chair and after complaining (post wedding day) | received a refund for half the amount of the chair rental. This does not take away from the fact that I used them for my wedding and was extremely disappointed in the service received as well as the product that was delivered. The correct chargers were delivered later that day but you should be able to trust that a party rental company would have their crap together, and these people do NOT. Steer very clear of this place and PLEASE do not use them for Your wedding like I did.

We paid an extra fee to have an exact delivery and pick up time. Drivers arrived 40 minutes late!!!. We tried calling the company multiple times to get a status and answers to why our delivery wasn’t there, but no one picked up the phone…. It was very disappointing and frustrating. They were also late for the pick up time…Unfortunately, after that experience I won’t use them again nor would I recommend them.Giving them 2 starts because getting a quote and reservation process was easy.. but it was a big disappointment the day of the event.

Easy, smooth, simple and fast. I needed some chairs and tables for an event that grew larger than I expected and I needed them quick - less than 24 hours. Cache was wonderful to work with. I rented a couple tables and a dozen chairs for a small family holiday dinner. After placing the order, we had to select a different chair type due to availability, but they generously offered me an additional discount for the trouble. Overall, pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and although I had a small order, I was still treated like an important customer. Delivery and pick-up was seamless and quality of items rented were great. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I would certainly recommend to family and friends.
