We paid an extra fee to have an exact delivery and pick up time. Drivers arrived 40 minutes late!!!. We tried calling the company multiple times to get a status and answers to why our delivery wasn’t there, but no one picked up the phone…. It was very disappointing and frustrating. They were also late for the pick up time…Unfortunately, after that experience I won’t use them again nor would I recommend them.Giving them 2 starts because getting a quote and reservation process was easy.. but it was a big disappointment the day of the event.

Cache was wonderful to work with. I rented a couple tables and a dozen chairs for a small family holiday dinner. After placing the order, we had to select a different chair type due to availability, but they generously offered me an additional discount for the trouble. Overall, pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and although I had a small order, I was still treated like an important customer. Delivery and pick-up was seamless and quality of items rented were great. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I would certainly recommend to family and friends.
